Cancellation Policy
At Luxe Hair Studio, I understand that life can be unpredictable and plans may change. I want to make your experience here as flexible as possible.
There will be a 20% cancellation fee for any cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. There will be a 50% NO-SHOW fee for any appointments that are no-showed. After 2 cancellations within the 24 hour window, you will be required to place a non refundable $50 deposit to book a future appointment.
I kindly ask that you notify me as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to allow other clients the opportunity to book in your place. My goal is to provide exceptional service to all of my guests, and your cooperation helps me maintain a seamless and enjoyable experience for everyone.
